Delivery Information
We deliver within Kenya, and you pay when your order arrives. This page explains how it works.
Where we deliver
We deliver countrywide. We do not deliver outside Kenya at the moment. If your location is not on the list, message us on WhatsApp on 0718 344 381 and we will tell you if we can help.
Delivery fee
A flat delivery fee of KSh 400 applies to standard orders. The exact fee for your order is shown at checkout before you place it. [Large or heavy items such as cookers, exercise bikes and farm machinery may have a different delivery fee, which is also shown at checkout.]

Times start from when we confirm your order and are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, stock availability and public holidays can cause delays. We deliver Monday to Saturday
How it works
- Order. Choose your products, add them to your cart and check out on the website.
- We confirm. We call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and your delivery address. Please keep your phone on.
- We dispatch. Your order is prepared and sent. The delivery person will call you before arriving.
- Check and pay. Check your order, then pay on delivery.
Paying on delivery
Payment is made when your order is delivered, by cash / M-Pesa / cash or M-Pesa. Please have the correct amount ready. We do not ask for payment before delivery. If anyone asks you to send money in advance in our name, contact us before paying.
Checking your order on delivery
When your order arrives, please check that it is the item you ordered, that the accessories listed on the product page are included, and that there is no visible damage. [You may check the item before you pay.] If something is wrong, tell the delivery person straight away and call us on 0718 344 381.
If we cannot reach you
The delivery person will try to call you. If we cannot reach you after 3 attempts, your order may be cancelled and returned to our shop. If orders are repeatedly refused or not collected, we may ask for payment in advance on future orders.
Collecting from our shop
You may collect your order from our shop. Please bring your order number and wait for our call confirming it is ready at Magomano Building, opposite KTDA Plaza near Afya Centre, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi.
