Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
By using techwavedigital.co.ke or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Tech Wave Digital is a retailer based at Magomano Building, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi.
1. Products and information
We try to describe our products accurately. Product details are based on information from manufacturers and suppliers. Photos may differ slightly from the item, and colours may vary on different screens. Ratings shown on a product, such as watts or volts, are as labelled on that product. If you need to be sure of a specification, ask us before you order.
2. Brand names
Brand names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners and are used only to identify products. Tech Wave Digital is an independent retailer and is not connected with those brands unless we say so.
3. Prices
Prices are in Kenya shillings (KSh) [and include VAT where applicable]. Prices can change without notice, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and tell you.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it with you by phone or message, or when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if we cannot reach you to confirm, or if we reasonably believe the order is not genuine.
5. Payment
Payment is made on delivery, in full, in cash or by M-Pesa. We do not ask for payment before delivery. If a delivery is refused or an order is not collected repeatedly, we may require payment in advance for future orders.
6. Delivery
Delivery fees, areas and times are set out on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. After dispatch, see Delivery Information.
8. Warranty and returns
Faulty products are covered by warranty as set out on our Returns & Warranty page. Goods that have been sold are not taken back unless there is a warranty issue. These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer in Kenya.
9. Safe use
Power tools, machinery and electrical products can be dangerous. Read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, use suitable protective equipment, and use the product only for its intended purpose. Keep petrol machinery, electrical equipment and sharp blades away from children. Check that your power supply is suitable (our listings are for 230V mains where mains power is needed).
10. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our responsibility for any product is limited to its purchase price, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of a product or by not following its instructions.
11. Using our website
Please use the site lawfully and do not misuse it or place false orders. The text, images and design on this site belong to Tech Wave Digital or its suppliers and may not be copied without our permission.
12. Privacy
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya will handle any dispute.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. Questions: 0718 344 381 or techwavedigital.co.ke@gmail.com.
